Membership Overview | Our After-School program is available to all children ages 6 to 18—the exception is Pea Ridge which accepts students ages 6 through 5th grade. Members are assigned a membership number which is used to check-in and out of the program.

Program Structure | Members rotate throughout the facility between the gym, game room, art room, computer lab and learning center.

Schedule | We are open Monday through Friday 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Pea Ridge closes at 6:30 p.m.). Each club follows their respective public school calendar. Clubs are closed when schools are closed, due to holidays or weather related closings. Check with your local club for nonschool day schedules.

Membership Fee | $80 per school year + $10 transportation fee at McKinney, Teen and Bella Vista only. Please call for additional information.

Transportation | Select transportation is provided. A $10 Transportation Fee may apply. Please call us to inquire about transportation from your child’s school.

Meals | Snack and dinner is provided at no additional cost.

Summer

Membership Overview | Our Summer program is available to all children ages 6 to 18. Summer program members are assigned a membership number which is used to check in and out of the program.

Program Structure | Members rotate throughout the facility between the gym, game room, art room, computer lab and learning center. There are also optional field trips throughout the summer. Some require an additional field trip fee.

Dates | Summer Session 1: June 5 – June 30; Summer Session 2: July 10 – August 4

Schedule | We are open Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Membership Fee | $100 per summer session. Scholarships are available on a case by case basis. Please call for additional information. There are occasional field trip fees. However, field trips are optional.

Transportation | Transportation is not provided during the summer with the exception of to and from field trips.

Meals | Breakfast, lunch, and snack is provided at no additional cost.
