The Be Great Graduate program teams up middle and junior high school youth with mentors. The mentors are caring adults that the youth can ask for advice, get support, and help with school. The mentors meet with the youth at least weekly and keep the relationship for at least a year. They also do group activities such as this trip to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Some mentors have been with their youth for six years. We greatly appreciate the work these volunteers do and so do the youth. Pictured here are Cali Carter and Astine Reneberg, her mentor.
